Greetings all!

We have two pieces of information for you as we get ready for the 2010 Workshop, June 8-11 on the Cape.

The first thing we would like to do is direct your attention to the front page of the website, ecacsida.org. You will notice there are two polls - one to gauge the level of instruction you would desire for Photoshop and one to gauge the level of instruction you desire for InDesign. Please take a moment to vote on both of these polls to help the Local Organizing Committee better prepare for this year's workshop.

The second thing is we would like to inform you that you may now reserve your room at Sea Crest for the week.

The group rate for single or double occupancy accommodations is $150.00. For triple occupancy add $20.00 per room, per night; quad occupancy $40.00 per room, per night, to the above rate. Children under the age of 16 stay free in the same room with their parents, utilizing the existing bedding. The use of all Sea Crest recreational facilities is included.

Based on availability, the hotel will honor the group rate for three days before and after the scheduled dates of June 8-11.

RESERVATIONS
All individuals are responsible for making their own reservations by contacting the Group Reservations Office at 800.225.3110. Individuals must mention ECAC-SIDA to receive this rate. The room rate is guaranteed until May 1.
