I hope that this finds you well as we begin to see another school year come to a close.  I just wanted to pass along a friendly reminder about hotel rooms for the 2009 Workshop.  If you have not reserved a room yet, the cutoff date for doing so is May 2, 2009.  If you haven't reserved a room by this date, there is no guarantee that you will get a room at our rate, or, more importantly, a room at the property.

In order to reserve a room, you must contact the hotel directly - there are no on-line reservations.  The Golden Inn's phone number is (609) 368-5155.  When reserving your room, please mention ECAC-SIDA.

Please note that while hotel reservations close on May 2, registration for the workshop itself is open until May 20.  However, we encourage you to take a moment to register for the workshop as well.
