Jay Waldman is a graduate of The Dickinson School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor in 1990.  He also received his L.L.M. in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law in 1995.  Mr. Waldman received his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree from Franklin & Marshall College in 1987 where he majored in Mathematics.

Waldman's primary practice areas include banking law, business law, commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, estate planning, estate administration, corporate finance, tax law, real estate and non-profit and charitable organizations.

Waldman is admitted to practice before all courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is an active member of the American, Pennsylvania and Berks County Bar Associations.
